I’m a Creative Director in brand and marketing who helps companies build brand systems that scale and stories that stick.

My specialty is in brand systems, marketing strategy, messaging, and visual identity. I align every touchpoint from concept to execution.

I work across branding and marketing design, bringing cohesion to teams and clarity to complexity. I lead with creative insight and strategic thinking to help brands communicate with intention and move fast without losing meaning.

My background spans a wide range of design disciplines, which gives me the versatility to jump in where needed and contribute across the board.

The Personal Side

Everything begins with curiosity. It’s the thread that runs through how I design, how I lead, and how I learn. I like to dig deep. Whether it’s systems thinking, community building, or behavioral psychology. I ask why, and I build from there.

Beyond the studio, I’ve led civic and educational programs that support kids and spark community growth. As a youth soccer coach, I focus on mindset first. I teach my players to add a single word to any frustration: yet. It opens everything up. (Also, I’m a big fan of the well-timed high five.)

I’m a lifelong musician and a solid guitar player. Tour tested, yes, but not one to name drop. Music taught me how to listen with intent, layer with purpose, and improvise with care.

I tend to obsess over odd things. Jars, for example. Not just any jars, vintage-swing-top-terrines. They’re functional, beautiful, and deeply satisfying as a kitchen system. And yes, I have strong opinions on lid types.

I believe in the power of good people and good thinking. Most days, I’m turning over new ideas, refining the ones that stick, and staying curious about what’s possible.

Everything begins with curiosity.
I ask why, and I build from there.

Oh, you’re still here? Fine. One more story.

I’m a self-taught designer. I’m proud of that. And one of the first pivotal moments in my career was when I rented a desk at a design studio I looked up to. I wasn’t on the team. I just wanted to be around where good work was happening. To learn. To figure it out.

At the time, I had a small handful of freelance clients. I still don’t totally know how I landed them. I was figuring it out as I went, building the plane while flying it. I kinda knew how to do nothing, and somehow convinced clients to let me do something.

I can still remember opening Illustrator for the first time in sheer terror, trying to navigate this beast of a program on my own. But I figured it out. I kept going. Kept asking questions. Kept learning in real time. Eventually, that studio brought me on as an Art Director.

That’s been the pattern ever since. I figure it out.

And here’s the thing about figuring it out: it doesn’t stop. There’s always something new to learn, always something to adapt to. That thread runs through everything I’ve done: brand, product, UI, UX, marketing, even professional photography.

I’m drawn to ambitious ideas and thoughtful challenges, and I adapt quickly to help make them real.

I’ve worked with global names like Dropbox, and with deeply intentional brands like Mastin Labs and The School of Life. And now, after years of learning, building, and figuring it out, I’m looking to solve a long-term problem with a good team. I want to bring all that adaptability and pattern recognition into a product I believe in and help build something with depth and longevity. So, let's figure it out!

That’s been the pattern ever since my early career.
I figure it out.

There’s always something to figure out. That’s the job. That’s the joy.
